Victoria Rooke

I am the Head of Reserving and Business Insight at Flood Re having joined just over a year ago.  Working at Flood Re has given me the opportunity to combine work and my core values with a focus on people and environmental issues.  I have worked in several Reserving and Reporting teams over the last 30 years.  I’ve remained in touch with many of the amazing and talented people I’ve been lucky enough to have worked with, and I’m proud to say some have become my most trusted friends.  Supporting my team is what I take most seriously and encouraging them to be the best that they can be.  Walking my rescue dog in a local wood is how I boost my mental health on a daily basis and travelling to live music events in my campervan over the summer is the perfect escape!
