Sian Pringle

Sian is a Partner and Investment Actuary at XPS Pensions Group. She is part of the Investment Committee within XPS and leads the Investment Risk Settlement team which specialises in journey planning and designing scheme’s investment strategies to help them achieve their end-game as well as the investment work required for buy-in transactions. Sian has been with XPS for more than twelve years – having started her career there as a graduate. She is now a regular speaker at external webinars, seminars and round table discussions on the topic of journey planning and end-game strategies.  

Sian plays a key role in the graduate recruitment programme, promoting diversity across the company. She has always been an informal mentor to several staff across the business and has recently joined the formal mentoring program – providing support and a sounding board to more junior staff members from other teams and offices.
