Michael Sathyendran

I have worked in the Personal Lines sector since 2010 across a number of Reserving and Capital Modelling roles, most recently with Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe. Naturally I enjoy the technical side of my role and coming up with solutions to interesting problems as business needs arise. I am particularly passionate about mentoring junior colleagues and developing talent within the business. After an extremely productive pandemic lockdown period during 2020/21 where I changed jobs, moved home and got engaged (now married!), I’m ready for my next adventure as I prepare for a move into the world of P&I insurance. Outside of work I enjoy playing table tennis and having lazy weekends at home.
