After graduating from the University of Leeds in 2014 with a first-class degree in Actuarial Mathematics, I began my career in the pensions industry, qualifying as an Actuary in 2020.

I’m now a Senior Consultant at LCP where I’ve worked for almost 10 years, specialising in risk transfer projects. I embrace the challenge of helping schemes and sponsors find the right solutions for their members, in a dynamic and ever-changing market – but what I enjoy the most is the people side of it.

Building strong relationships with my clients, insurers, colleagues and other advisers is what really drives me. Every project is unique, and it’s the collaboration and shared commitment to delivering the best outcomes that make this field so rewarding.

Outside of work, I love to travel (New Zealand being a recent highlight), I’m a long-suffering Chicago Bears fan and you can’t beat a Nando’s.
