Josh Palmer

Josh Palmer is a Director and Sustainable Investment Specialist at WTW, where he leads sustainability integration, asset manager stewardship, and sustainability data and analytics across WTW’s $180bn delegated asset base. He also supports large institutional clients in achieving their sustainability goals. His work focuses on embedding climate and sustainability considerations into investment strategy, manager research, and portfolio reporting – helping institutional investors achieve their long-term objectives responsibly.

A Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries with a Master’s in Mathematics from the University of Warwick, Josh has also earned the CFA Institute’s Certificate in ESG Investing. He has been instrumental in advancing industry frameworks for climate risk, stewardship, and regulatory alignment, including TCFD and SFDR methodologies.

Beyond his professional work, Josh is passionate about systems thinking and education – translating complex sustainability and behavioural ideas into accessible frameworks for investors and individuals alike.
