I believe that building a more sustainable world will create a more equitable society with better business practices, improved investment outcomes, more fulfilled people and a happier planet. I have been fortunate to work in various areas of sustainability. First, from an investment perspective at Barnett Waddingham where I led their sustainable investment research. Then, as a climate risk and strategy consultant at KPMG, helping clients solve a wide range of corporate sustainability issues. Now I’m about to join the Government Actuary’s Department and I can’t wait to continue to work on sustainability issues with an actuarial lens there. 

I was introduced to sustainability through the “S” of ESG and I would like to plug the social mobility charity that I mentor for. upReach aims to lower the barrier of entry into professional careers for less-advantaged university students.
