Ella Reid-Norris

Ella is Insurance Strategy & Propositions Lead at non-profit Fair4All Finance, focused on system change to benefit the financially vulnerable.

This includes leading work on increasing Contents Insurance uptake among Social Tenants, a programme featured in the Government’s Financial Inclusion Strategy and aligned with IFoA’s Great Risk Transfer campaign.

And what a journey to date!

After nearly a decade at KPMG over pensions and insurance, she took the leap into independent work several years ago to forge her own path in sustainability and strategy consulting.

Along the way, clearly feeling lost without exams monopolising her free time(!), completing an Economics MSc.

And now, immersed in boosting financial inclusion.

Ella’s environmental focus continues through two Working Parties: Future of Insurability, and Sustainability Reporting & Disclosure, the latter to which she brings not only risk and regulatory experience but a keen communications eye, multiple angles gained from her consulting work.
