Ed Harrison

Hi, I’m Ed Harrison, partner at LCP and our GI Actuarial Transformation lead. I split my time between helping firms transform their actuarial processes to make them smarter, quicker and better, and leading independent actuarial function and reserving work for a range of LCP clients.

Some key successes for me any my team in 2026 include: onboarding a number of large organisations on to the LCP InsurSight reserving platform; coordinating a successful launch of InsurSight on the North American continent; and delivering LCP’s personal lines market performance review. I’m also super excited for GIRO 2026, for which I deputy-chair the organising committee.

Whilst it’s humbling to be shortlisted for this award, none of the above would have been possible without the amazing team at LCP working alongside me to help shape and deliver the overall vision.
