Craig believes that integrating ESG considerations into investment decisions will enhance long-term financial returns, and he is passionate about helping clients to understand and deliver on their duties in relation to sustainability. Craig has helped some of the UK’s largest defined benefit schemes to develop their approach to reporting on their climate-related risks and opportunities, in line with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). Craig has helped some of his clients to go beyond a ‘minimum compliance’ approach, using their increased understanding of climate-related risks and opportunities to enhance their engagement with the managers. Craig was born in Essex to a Seychellois mother and a Scottish father. Craig then grew up in Kenya and Scotland and has since settled in the Midlands with his wife and two children.
Craig is a keen touch rugby player, squash player and runner. Craig’s greatest sporting achievement was finishing the 2017 London Marathon and raising funds for Sparks / Great Ormond Street Hospital.
